Controller's Office Vendor Registration
Contractors need to be a registered vendor with the State of Nevada Controller's Office.
Nevada EPro Registration
Contractors need to register with the State of Nevada Purchasing Division Nevada EPro.

Qualification of Bidders

Anyone submitting bids on State of Nevada Public Works projects must first be qualified as a bidder. Bidders should submit an application to initiate the qualification process as soon as possible.

NOTE:  Before clicking the Qualification of Bidders link please have Bonding Capacity Letter (Addressed to State Public Works), Contractors Licenses, and any other pertinent information ready to upload before initiating the application process.

Bid Advertisements

Recommendation to Award Letters
The State Public Works Division concludes each successful bid project by issuing a Recommendation to Award Letter. Copies of this letter are sent to all bidders following the close of the bidding period. This page provides a list of recently-awarded recommendations, along with a blank sample letter for reference.
