In accordance with NRS 331.110, the State Public Works Division maintains an inventory of real property owned by the State. This inventory includes information on property location, size, and current use, and distinguishes between actively used, underutilized, and anticipated future use properties.
The inventory report includes the following information:
- Site and Property Information – location, size, and general property details
- Servicing Agency – agency responsible for the management and maintenance of the property
- Occupying Agency – agency or agencies currently using the property
- Facility Information – additional building and site characteristics
This inventory is updated annually prior to the start of the fiscal year in accordance with NRS 331.110. Updates may be made periodically to reflect changes in property status.
