Your roof system is generally covered by the State’s 20 year roof warranty and preventative maintenance agreement. If anyone not approved by the roof membrane manufacturer affects a repair to the roof system, the warranty is voided. Because of this, it is imperative to contact us first. We can usually fix your roof leak with our staff members who are approved by all membrane manufacturers that SPWD utilizes. If the issue is significant, we can assist with emergency repairs to the roof system as well.
