The State Public Works Division assigns office space in state-owned buildings, ensuring that the maximum occupiable square footage owned by the State is utilized before non-state owned leased facilities are procured.

The State Public Works Division has a Facility Condition Assessment Unit that conducts site visits of State-Owned Buildings with the goal of visiting each building every 6 years. After the site visit is completed, a report is written and provided to the stake holders.
